I am very unfit and need to ease myself back into regular exercise. I was walking for a 30 minutes every day but stopped when I hurt my knee for the umpteenth time. It's okay now though so I don't have any excuses and must get back to being more active but I have good intentions until I realise that it's cold or wet or icy, and then those good intentions fly out of the window!Eileen Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06340398156618870705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787951981229151015.post-63913545430332922792020-01-30T10:10:27.561+00:002020-01-30T10:10:27.561+00:00A shame about the mistletoe and as someone would h...A shame about the mistletoe and as someone would have had to take loppers or a saw to cut through the branch, a deliberate act. How tall is the tree? Would a ladder be needed as well?

I agree, if you have space and are in two minds about something, keep it until you're absolutely positive one way or the other. This is something I do now whether I have space or not after having got rid of things without thought and regretted my decision when it's too late.

Outside exercise stops for me when it's raining or windy. I could do more inside, but have never been one for exercising just for the sake of it. It’s a shame to be cut down unnecessarily.
I’m afraid I’m getting very unfit. In the past I had a personal trainer who came to the house once a week and I would go to the gym. I was a member of a women’s walking group but gave up when I had my knee replacements. Now fully recovered but not doing anything. On Tuesday evening after the theatre we had to walk uphill for a short distance to the car and I got quite breathless. Still Malvern is hilly!
