The open air strawberries are declining but that farm has tunnels as well so they'll be on sale for a while. Can't remember the last time we bought either of those f&v from a bricks and mortar business.
It's the plant nursery (garden centre) shops that are a 'rip off' here. Everything you thought you needed and more as well as overpriced plant stock.
Cathyhttp://cranethie.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787951981229151015.post-12341577289236555652018-03-20T19:02:40.678+00:002018-03-20T19:02:40.678+00:00I shall take photos but might not buy muchI shall take photos but might not buy muchSue in Suffolkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13166036914348424622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4787951981229151015.post-46866848259355296432018-03-20T19:02:02.166+00:002018-03-20T19:02:02.166+00:00Oh.....a royal farm shop! We've recently been revisiting there for a wander round and a good look. Similar price sausages sold there and we did buy a couple for a treat. Luckily the coffee shop is normal prices so after feasting with our eyes at the deli and meat counter we could return to normal whilst drinking a nice cup of coffee.
