On Watch with Mother is was Picture Book on Mondays, Andy Pandy on Tuesdays, Bill and Ben on Wednesdays, Rag, Tag and Bobtail on Thursdays which I always missed as that was the day we went on the bus to Stowmarket and Grandmas house and she didn't have a TV and my favourite was The Woodentops on Fridays. But everything's harder in Manchester.
I loved the throwaway line at the beginning of this post "before we had the Internet". I compiled quizzes using reference books, and went to the library to get information... Now it is all online and easily accessible. Although I HATE it when the quizmaster just downloads Q&A without checking the accuracy.
But I'm not sure how we would have managed without the Internet this past year of pandemic madness. God bless Sir Tim Berners Lee for devising it.
