So here we are, another year. What's going to be thrown at us this year?
Let me know if you have any ideas, as after the last two years I don't have the foggiest.
New Years Resolutions?
Definitely not.............. although I have a plan for January .................Reading, walking and card making....that's about it!
As for February and the rest of the year, well, I shall sort that out when it gets here.
Back Monday
Sue
Happy New Year to you, let's hope for a return to normality in our lives.
ReplyDeleteHear Hear!
DeleteHappy New Year! Your plan for January sounds like a good start to me. X
ReplyDeleteBasically lazy but productive
DeleteHappy New Year - hoping that this is, the year we can finally meet up in person for a cuppa!
ReplyDeleteIt WILL happen!
DeleteHappy New Year to you Sue.
ReplyDeleteGoodness knows what will arrive on our collective door mat in the coming months but I am sure it will be a right mix!
Have a lovely month - your plans look great!
xx
Hopefully THEY will let us live with it and get on with life
DeleteThat all sounds very exciting. I shouldn't think you can wait to start it all. Happy New Year and see you soon.
ReplyDeleteHa!
DeleteI'm right off excitement.
Happy New Year Sue. I am planning to revisit the cupboards where stuff got bunged in hurriedly when we unpacked, and have a good Sort Out! Plus continuing the garden tidy up and decorating inside the house.
ReplyDeleteHope you find forgotten treasures. I've moved so many times that I seem to get things into the right places straight away and rarely have to re arrange or search - thank goodness
DeleteI wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR Sue. I am planning on learning how to use my sewing machine again so I can make some quilts, something I have not done for 4 years. The sun is out this morning so my world is bright today.
ReplyDeleteHazel 🌈🌈
That sounds an excellent plan.
DeleteThe sun was here this morning but disappeared later but so mild
A good New Year Sue, filled with churches, car boot sales, card making and of course books.
ReplyDeleteAlways books!
DeleteHappy New Year Sue, and to all your blog visitors. I've decided that 2022 is going to be a good year as the number 22 is a significant number to me, so fingers X.
ReplyDeleteHope 2022 is good for us all. Enjoy
DeleteI'm hoping we can get to some boot sales this year......only went to 2 or 3 last year. Lazy but productive.....hmm, I can't imagine you being lazy! Happy new year to you Sue, and yes I too hope we can get on with life and learn to live with the dreaded C.
ReplyDeleteI have a date in my diary for the first boot sale - March 5th! I will be there
DeleteHappy New Year, Sue! I don't do resolutions either - I know myself well enough to know they won't be kept! Being lazy but productive sound perfect to me!
ReplyDeleteMy resolution every year was to lose weight - but it's not happened yet!
DeleteI think this is a year when almost all of us will just have to take it as it comes, there's no point in stressing about anything ... and definintely no resolutions from me.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year. xx
There are dates in my diary already for first boot sales and WI meetings - so all is well in my world!
DeleteHappy New Year! who knows what the year will bring but I am thinking positive for now.
ReplyDeleteCathy
Thinking Positive is the only way to go
DeleteHappy New Year, Sue! Best wishes for good health and fun adventures!
ReplyDeleteThank you - good health is the most important.
DeleteHappy New Year m'dear, hope that it brings you health and happiness. Plans for the oncoming year, just to 'try harder'.
ReplyDeleteThank you John.
DeleteHappy New Year Sue. No resolutions here except perhaps to keep enjoying myself as much as possible! Arilx
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a very good plan
Delete2022 is a mystery and it is hard to predict what will come. I'll continue to focus on home and garden, making it the best I can and sharing it with family and friends. Wishing you both health and happiness for 2022.
ReplyDeleteThank you.Home and garden are the best things
DeleteHappy New Year.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Thank you and to you too
DeleteSue - I have a spare copy of Hope Bourne's Wild Harvest as I was given a hardback copy for Christmas. If you want it, let me have your address on my comments bit (I shan't publish it) and I'll pop it in the post tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jennie, that would be brilliant - it's one of those books that I regret not keeping
DeleteI seem to recall you mentioned buying a book you would reveal over Christmas. Still curious!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I forgot - will rectify that ASAP!
DeleteHappy New Year, Sue, from a very wet and windy Torbay, Devon.
