ReplyDeleteHave a Happy and Healthy New Year Sue. I will try and comment more! My parents were Suffolk people which was why I started reading your blog way back in your small holding days. This year I am going to try and sow my veg seeds when you do instead of much later as you seem to get such good results. Love hearing about your church visits together with the folk lore. By the by I meant to have commented on the Christmas pudding blog. I have a recipe for one using a microwave. It takes two bursts of 3 mins to cook so I dont steam mine now.
ReplyDeleteHere I am being brave and commenting. I really enjoy your blog, it is grounding to read about everyday life without feeling that someone is trying to ‘influence’ me. A little slice of reality and soft humour every day.

Then in May 2020 i lost my dear husband Glenn, suddenly with no illness. Your stoic carrying on showed me how it could be done. It will never be less painful, and i still miss him every day, as i know you do Colin . Cheers to a good new year for you and yours! Ann Finley
