Exciting News on the Grandchildren Front

Good news................... our 3rd Grandchild is on the way, which is why I also got these from the jumble sale a couple of weeks ago but didn't put them on the blog as our Son and Daughter in Law wanted to wait until after her first scan before telling everyone.
When the new arrival appears in early April, our eldest daughter's son Jacob will be nearly 2 and youngest daughter's daughter Florence will be 1½. What Fun there will be in a few years time when all 3 cousins get together!

Poor daughter in law has been feeling a bit rough and I didn't help by telling her how I sailed through all 3 pregnancies without even feeling sick!

    How lovely! Congratulations to your son and daughter in law though I do feel great sympathy for her. I was so sick when carrying my one and only child (all day morning sickness that went on and on) that I weighed less by the time he was born compared to when I started out on that pregnancy journey.     Congratulations! When I found out my first (and only, so far!) grandchild was on the way I didn't stop smiling for a week. I hope the news has the same effect when you're on your third! Best wishes to the new mummy, and hope she feels better soon.

    Congratulations! When I felt particularly ill when pregnant it was twins. We didn't have scans in those days much. Exciting times. We are awaiting grandchild no 4 in 3 weeks time.

    Hope the sickness gets better soon - it is horrible while it lasts. I too had it worst when having twins (and didn't know it was two until 32 weeks - 4 weeks before they were born!)

    Hurrah! The feeling sick is worth it, but it doesn't make it any easier to deal with. Knowing your baby will have a doting set of grandparents does help though!
