I used to go out to the sales a buy the following years Christmas presents but can't get round the shops now sadly. I love the tin, good luck with finding another. Briony x
Being organised and thinking/planning ahead is not too early Sue, you are preparing for what is inevitable - Christmas. If more people were like that Christmaas wouldn't come as a surprise to them. Well done, keep your eyes peeled.
Now is a terrific time for picking up items for next Christmas. Your tin is a good find and will be very nice inside a hamper. Shopping ahead makes good sense to me. I can't resist a good buy, especially when I have a definite use for an item.
I might have to start doing that. Sounds like a good way to save money but be ready for birthdays and holidays. Cute tin - really pretty for any time of year!
It's very pretty. Do you keep all the items your purchase in advance in one spot? I've stopped buying things in advance as I always forget where I put them. I did it again this year. Got my son some hand cream from the dollar store and have only just found where I put it!
I'll be doing something very similar over the course of this year, gathering little presents for this years Christmas challenge. First I need to sell something to start my gift and card buying fund off in the teapot.
F can't resist a nice tin either.
ReplyDeleteIf I had a use for it I'd probably keep it!
DeleteNow is the perfect time to shop for next Christmas and that tin is darling.
ReplyDeleteIt's a pretty tin
DeleteThe tin will be lovely for next Christmas it's never to early to put things away for later.

As long as I know where I've put it

ReplyDeleteAt least I know one thing I'll be doing for the Christmas Hampers next year!
DeleteI agree I have a box I keep for things I pick up all year. Cute tin

A very nice tin. I have a closet. I gather things all year long and tuck them away.
ReplyDeleteJust as long as you remember where you put it too! x
ReplyDeleteVery pretty - and not too early at all. It was there, it was the time. :-)
